(More customer reviews)A friend of mine bought a desktop computer from this company in September. The computer crashed after two days of use, so she sent it back and received another computer. After two more days this one crashed as well. So, my friend put up a complaint on Amazon about the computers from this site. She received a phone call from a man named Greg in which he was very apologetic and offered her another computer PLUS her money refunded if she'd take down the complaint. My friend agreed, assuming it was not common at all for this to happen (based on what Greg had said and other customers online) and took the complaint off Amazon. Over the next week I was convinced this was handled okay and also ordered a computer from them, as the prices were good. Well, what ended up happening is that when no computer was showing up at my friend's house she called to see what the hold up was and Greg claimed to have made no such offer of a free computer. This guy may be pretty good at computers (and even that's questionable at this point) but his customer service is seriously lacking. My friend did get her refund, but not the computer as promised by Greg. This guy obviously took advantage of her. He knew she wouldn't be able to put up another complaint on Amazon, but he didn't know she had a friend that could. As far as my computer, it is working fine so far, but the speakers are junk. We both definitely recommend avoiding this company!
